Anxiety and Depression

Support to manage anxiety, low mood, emotional regulation, self-esteem, perfectionism and feeling overwhelmed in everyday life.

ADHD and Autism — Level 1 Support Needs

Neuro-affirming therapy for ADHD and autistic clients with Level 1 support needs, focusing on executive functioning, emotional regulation, masking, motivation, sensory overwhelm, self-esteem and burnout.

School and Study Difficulties

 schools, universities and teachers where appropriate.

Year 11 and Year 12 Support

Specialist support with VCE pressure, exams, motivation and workload, including clinically appropriate supporting documentation for SEAS applications and completion of the VCAA Special Provision – Health Professional Statement for Special Examination Arrangements.

Friendship and Relationship Difficulties

Support with conflict, exclusion, communication, boundaries, loneliness, social confidence and identity, provided within an LGBTQIA+ affirming environment.

Stress, Burnout and Life Transitions

Support with workplace and return-to-work anxiety, neurodivergent burnout, university transition, family pressures and major life adjustments, including perimenopause and menopause.

Your first session

The first session focuses on understanding what is happening for you, gathering relevant background and history, and identifying how Samantha can best support you moving forward. Confidentiality and appropriate parent involvement will be explained clearly.T
