Support through stress, burnout and significant life changes.
Psychological support for adolescents, young adults and adults experiencing workplace stress, burnout, changing relationships, family pressures or significant periods of adjustment. Therapy can also support return-to-work or university planning, neurodivergent burnout, and the emotional effects of perimenopause and menopause.
Support may include
- Workplace stress and return-to-work anxiety
- Exhaustion, reduced capacity and burnout
- Return-to-work or university planning
- Neurodivergent masking and burnout
- Changing relationships and family pressures
- Perimenopause, menopause and life-stage adjustment
Practical planning: Where clinically appropriate, support may include understanding the functional impact of current difficulties, developing return-to-work or university plans, providing supporting letters and consulting with other professionals.
When life’s demands become difficult to sustain.
Stress can build gradually or follow a significant change. Ongoing workplace demands, study pressures, caregiving, relationship changes, neurodivergent masking and hormonal transitions can affect energy, concentration, sleep, emotional regulation, confidence and everyday functioning.
Therapy provides space to understand what has contributed to the current difficulties and what recovery may require. Together, we can develop realistic boundaries, routines and strategies that support wellbeing and help rebuild capacity without moving too quickly.
