Support grounded in understanding and practical change.
Samantha is a psychologist who works with adolescents, young adults and adults. She supports people experiencing anxiety, low mood, ADHD, autism (level 1), educational difficulties, perfectionism, burnout and significant periods of change.
Her approach is warm, collaborative and practical. Therapy focuses on developing a clear understanding of the person’s experiences, recognising patterns that may be contributing to current difficulties and building strategies that can be used in everyday.
MY APPROACH TO THERAPY
Therapy tailored to the person, not a formula.
Collaborative and individualised
Therapy is shaped around your goals, circumstances, strengths and current needs. We work together to decide what would be most helpful.
Practical and evidence-informed
Sessions combine understanding and reflection with practical strategies that can support meaningful change outside the therapy room.
Neurodiversity-affirming
Support recognises individual differences, including ADHD, autism, masking, executive-functioning challenges and neurodivergent burnout.
Connected support
Where clinically appropriate and with consent, therapy may include collaboration with parents, GPs, schools, universities or other professionals.

Develop skills for emotional regulation, distress tolerance, mindfulness and managing relationships more effectively.
Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR)

Motivational interviewing

The therapeutic approach is discussed collaboratively and may draw on more than one model depending on your goals, preferences and circumstances.
