Understanding what may be getting in the way
ADHD and autism can affect attention, planning, emotional regulation, sensory processing, motivation and the amount of energy required to manage everyday demands. These experiences can look different from person to person and may change across school, university, work and relationships.
Therapy provides space to understand your patterns without judgement. Together, we can identify what is contributing to overwhelm or feeling stuck, build on existing strengths and develop strategies that are practical, realistic and sustainable.
